Before You Book

Everything you're wondering — answered honestly.

When should I book a newborn session? +
Book around 28–32 weeks pregnant. I'll hold a tentative date around your due date and we confirm once baby arrives. Newborns are most cooperative in the first 5–14 days of life — booking early ensures you don't miss that window.
How long does a session take? +
Newborn sessions run 2–3 hours. Cake smash sessions are typically 45 minutes to 1 hour. Milestone sessions are typically 1–1.5 hours. I never rush — if baby needs a feeding or extra soothing, we make time for it.
When will I receive my gallery? +
Galleries are delivered within 1–2 weeks of your session via an online gallery. You'll receive a link to download your images and order prints or artwork directly through the gallery.
What if my baby doesn't cooperate? +
This is the number one worry — and it almost never becomes an issue. I've worked with hundreds of babies and I know exactly how to soothe, settle, and work with whatever mood your little one is in. We just take our time.
Do you require a deposit to book? +
Yes, a retainer is required to hold your session date. Reach out and I'll walk you through the booking process — it's simple and straightforward.
Do you serve areas outside Evans, GA? +
Yes! My studio is in Evans, GA and I serve the entire Augusta metro area including Grovetown, Aiken, SC, and surrounding communities. Reach out and we'll figure out what works for your family.
